Recruitment Consultant - Epsom - Hybrid working - Contract AND Perm Recruitment - Competitive salary plus excellent commission plan

You will come in and pick up a warm desk with a focus on Digital PR and Marketing Specialists (SEO, PPC, etc)
E-Resourcing are a rapidly growing recruitment business that specialise in IT recruitment across UK and Europe.

With an ever-expanding portfolio of well-known and established clients, we are looking to aid our growth and hire a Recruitment Consultant to focus on the Digital PR and Marketing space.

You will have the freedom to work with our already established and extensive list of clients in the Digital PR world.

With a hugely experienced management team, we can offer plenty of scope for personal development through mentoring and coaching.

Requirements:

Prior sales/recruitment experience is essential
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships through multiple communication channels phone, face to face, video etc
We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, have genuine purpose and drive. You will be competitive, selfmotivated and able to work on your own initiative.
