Are you a proactive and results driven individual with experience in lead generation and outbound sales? Are you motivated by achieving and exceeding targets? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a lead confirmer.

As a lead confirmer, you will play a pivotal role in generating in house sales appointments by contacting warm leads through outbound sales and other various channels.

• Proactively call warm lead opportunities through outbound sales and other channels to generate in house sales appointments.
• Skilfully handle objections and conduct thorough fact finding to understand the needs of potential clients effectively.
• Work towards ambitious targets.
• Build strong rapport with prospective clients, fostering lasting relationships through effective communication.
• Pay meticulous attention to details, consistently updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage leads and appointment schedules efficiently.
• Plan and schedule appointments with precision, ensuring a smooth process for both clients and our sales team.
• Create and maintain a robust pipeline of contracts and follow ups to maximise conversion rates.
• Contact prospects to qualify and identify high quality leads.

• Previous lead generation experience or similar are essential, demonstrating a strong initiative and target driven mindset.
• Proven ability to set an achieve goals, with a determined focus on exceeding KPIs.
• Hardworking and driven, with a strong desire to succeed within a fast paced and growing business.
• Experience in outbound phone sales is preferred, but we are open to considering a quick learner with excellent communication skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Full availability, Monday-Friday.
