The duties you will be expected to undertake within your role are:

Undertake family assessments, reports, and reviews.
Help coordinate parenting groups to help the parents with their children.
To observe and provide reports based on visits in response to abuse and neglect of children.
To supervise, observe and monitor contact visits when parents are

visiting children who are looked after when appropriate to assessment.

To coordinate selfhelp activities for parents/carers/young people
To contribute to and complete Core Assessments relating to specific

parenting skills, as relevant.

To attend Case Conferences, Core group and other meetings as the

worker involved with the family.

For this position you will need to be registered with SWE and have a 2-year recognized post qualifying experience within the setting.
