Job Opportunity - HR Advisor*****Venn Group are currently working on a position with one of our highly regarded healthcare organisations, based in Oxfordshire, to source a HR Advisor for the following assignment:Location:
Oxfordshire (remote working, on-site twice per month)

Contract: 4 months

Hours: 37.5 per week


Rate:
£ Holiday pay (£17.46)


Your duties will include:


  • Providing employment advice and support to all staff, HR colleagues and managers
  • Assessing the complexity/contentiousness of incoming issues or queries and ascertain whether the issue needs to be directed to the HR Consultant as appropriate
  • Ensuring managers are updated on the organisations Human Resources policies and procedures, and relevant employment issues and legislation
  • Supporting the HR Consultants and senior staff on the effective management of their team and advise on the planning and implementation of any changes in working pattern
  • Supporting the Human Resources Consultants as required for Corporate Division with cases and data reporting
  • Supporting the Human Resources Consultants with the monthly provision of Workforce Data and FirstCare Reporting
  • Advising on maternity leave and sickness absence management for all staff groups, support managers with advice and guidance during formal sickness reviews, and assist in the preparation of performance, conduct and grievance cases relating to staff
  • Contributing to the development and updating of the organisations HR policies and procedures
  • Meeting regularly with managers/senior medical staff within the Corporate Division to support the full integration of HR
  • Previous experience of providing employment advice
  • Experience of writing reports or policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of current Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
