London

£50,000 - £55,000 : Pro-Rata
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join a well-known retailer.


The Senior Marketing Analyst will be responsible for leading the customer, marketing, and business analytics to be accurate, and capable of providing strategic insights to all areas of the business.


Your Role:


  • Executing customer analytics to drive business change in relation to customer behaviour and customer experience.
  • Managing and transforming marketing and customer reporting activities.
  • Create and implement datadriven marketing plans.
  • Provide key input to customer segmentation projects and the current mapping of the customer database.
  • Manage relationships across senior stakeholders within the business, providing detailed marketing and customer analytics reports to improve performance and project detail.

Skills:


  • SQL.
  • Excel.
  • Experience using Loyalty and CRM data.
  • Mentoring experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management.
