Based within Radisson Blu Manchester Airport, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service and results.

Responsibilities:

Enquiry Management: Ensure prompt and high-standard responses to all enquiries within specified timelines, focusing on delivering exceptional client and guest experiences.

Sales Conversion: Lead the enquiry process to contract signing, utilizing Radisson Hotel Group tools to optimize sales opportunities and achieve conversions.

Handling Inbound and Outbound Enquiries: Participate in converting both inbound UK and outbound enquiries, utilizing various platforms effectively.

Fostering Sales Culture: Contribute actively to cultivating a sales-driven environment within the team, capturing every potential opportunity for the Radisson Hotel Group.

Proactive Upselling: Actively seek and engage in cross-selling opportunities, consistently looking for new avenues to boost revenue.

Collaborative Client Satisfaction: Collaborate closely with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, demonstrating a proactive and responsive approach in addressing enquiries and resolving issues.


Required Skills and Knowledge:
