About the Job:


  • Carry out customer communications, expectations and requirements. Establishing, developing and maintaining existing relationships with customers; end users and distributors on a regular basis
  • Responsible for receipt and processing of all customer orders providing internal and external customers with timely and accurate information and acknowledgements within established systems and procedures.
  • Process all new sales leads; complete quotations and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Arrange and coordinate samples for customers and followup to develop potential new business.
  • Make outbound calls to existing dormant customers to establish reasons for inactivity and attempt to reactivate the account.
  • Maintain sales records, capture customer data accurately and ensure customer records are continually reviewed and kept up to date on CRM System
  • General data process/input and providing data and produce reports where required
  • Achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Support grow initiatives within the business
  • Support with Production administrative tasks when required
The Customer Service Coordinator will have experience in a similar role / relevant field


You will also have:

  • Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Ability to connect with International / Global customers
  • Working experience of different Management systems
  • M3 preferred
  • Excellent listening skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of Bill of Material (BOM), desirable
Ideally has knowledge and experience in Sales Administration position, Engineering or Manufacturing environment
