In this role you will ensure visitors and telephone calls are smoothly directed to the most appropriate member of the team, a vital activity in the delivery of exceptional customer service that consistently exceeds consumer expectations.

You will already have a proven track record in customer service, dealing with customers both on the telephone and face to face and you must be able to demonstrate basic computer skills.

• Telephone enquiries must be answered within an agreed number of rings
• Delivery of data to report on calls and tracking
• Customer service satisfaction levels/mystery shop feedback

Previous prestige motor trade experience in a customer facing role would be preferred but is not essential, however focus on excellent customer service is an absolute must.
