HR Employment Vetting Administrator - 6 month FTC ; ;


The role will also work closely with the Onboarding Teams to facilitate a smooth Onboarding journey for new starters into our business.


Responsibilities of an HR Vetting Administrator:

  • Identifying the different referencing requirements for each job role and ensuring these have been met.
  • Contacting exemployers to request preemployment references and making sure they are provided in a timely fashion.
  • Following the escalation process where preemployment references have not been provided by an exemployer.
  • Verifying preemployment references once provided and ensuring HR Systems are updated.

  • Dealing with customer inquiries in a satisfactory and professional manner.

Key Skills & Experience required of an HR Vetting Administrator:

  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role is essential, within a vetting and reference team would be extremely advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • Proven ability of attention to detail, particularly numerical data.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, someone who strives for excellence.
