Due to their rapid expansion I am supporting a well-known business in Brentwood to recruit a Payroll Finance Assistant for this full-time, permanent and exciting opportunity.

Reporting into the Pay Manager you will support the processing of invoices, payrolland queries.


Client Details


The client are a large, reputable and growing business based in Brentwood who due to their growth require a Payroll Finance Assistant to join them for this full-time and permanent opportunity.

This is a hybrid role working in the office for 3 days per week,remote for 2 days and you will join a supportive team and excellent line manager.


Description

  • Primarily responsible for the reconciliation of invoices and retention's.
  • Assist with the selfemployed payments, with draft pay slips circulated 3 days prior to payment and payment as per agreed timetables; 3 cycles per month.
  • Reviewing payment data from the management software for accuracy and to resolve queries with line management.
  • Working closely with HR to ensure full, accurate information is entered into Cascade HR system.
  • Assist with Auditors queries for Clinical pay related Audit queries and questions.
  • Processing new starters / leavers and liaise HR / practices as required to resolve any queries and to obtain missing information.
  • To develop skills and knowledge in all areas of the department including PAYE Payroll for 400+ employees, and the wider finance function.
