We have a unique opportunity for a
Performance Analyst/Service Analyst to join a prestigious Central Government Organisation.


You will be working on a high profile assignment that will boost your profile, enabling you to secure future contracts with the Government industries and boost your financial earnings.


In this role, you will:

  • Provide leadership and use analysis to improve services
  • Lead on the development of performance measurement frameworks including KPIs
  • Develop tools and techniques to aid others in analysis

Essential requirements for this role are:

  • active SC clearance and UK nationality
- experience of carrying out the day-to-day activities of a performance analyst
- experience of integrating digital analytics with qualitative data, such as user surveys and user research, to develop hypotheses for testing
