Assistant Content Producer
As Assistant Content Producer, you play an integral part in the social, content and events team at Myprotein.

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end production of our shoots, Lives and activations produced and all related production elements of projects working through the various stages and with the required teams.

Roles and responsibilities

Assist in the management of shoots from preproduction through to postproduction (this includes but isn't limited to, ambassador creator days, TikTok Lives, YouTube, Social, app, and editorial shoots.
Work closely to build out budgets and timelines with relevant PMs and Brand representatives
Prepare shoot schedules, timelines, call sheets and shoot briefs.
Arrange kick off meetings, regular catch ups and preproduction meetings for campaigns.
Ensure project timelines are adhered to and key stakeholders are notified.
Liase with internal resource and book accordingly.
Work with external suppliers/agencies to fulfil workloads.
Attend and support all studio and location shoots in the UK, where necessary.
Adhere to budgets, ensure any scope creep is managed and reported to the relevant project stakeholders.
Brief shoot and postproduction teams for all projects; ensure that creative guidelines, style guides and briefs are met.
Book external kit and equipment, where required and cross reference with relevant teams to see where any potential cost savings can be made.
Report shoot related enquiries, updates, and additional costs to the relevant project stakeholders throughout the live process.
Work closely with the Tiktok ambassador team lead and social team to deliver production end to end for all Tiktok Live shopping streams.
Prepare assets for retouch and edit ensuring agreed deliverables are met and quality/best practices maintained.
Assist and support the team on all other activities associated with shoots and activations i.e phone calls, arranging couriers, travel, kit and prop logistics if on location etc.
When required, responsible for arranging location and external catering needs.
Arrange that all relevant permits are in place in advance as and when required.
Arrange that all Health and Safety/risk assessments are carried out before any shoots are to take place.
Keep all THG admin, processes, WIPs and trackers up to date.
Supporting your line manager in reconciling any projects when required.
Where necessary arrange any retrospective review sessions to deliver any feedback, results and success stories. Important to note any improvements to learn from for upcoming projects.
