An opportunity has arisen within the Commercial Team to partner Sales reporting to the current Finance Manager.


Position Description:


Supporting the Pan European sales organisation in contract structure to maximize the value to Cadence, across the organisations entire portfolio of offerings.

In addition, the role places you as a pivot of information between the business end and the various teams inside Cadence as we look to advise on all aspects of the contracts pre and post-sale.

Understanding the various different business models available and advising the most appropriate structure for customer and Cadence success.


Position Requirements:

  • Supporting multiple regions from a European base
  • General knowledge of MEA and the implications for contract structure
  • Liaise with and advise sales team
  • Resolution of customer issues
  • Day to day contact with credit, revenue accounting and legal departments
  • Liaison with delivery teams for all services related engagements
  • Ownership of contract flow from negotiation stage through Order Management processing and Credit Management
  • Coordination with commission accounting
  • Balancing statutory, business and customer requirements
  • Internal communication
  • Systems management (SAP, SFDC, CPQ, JIRA, eDAoT)
  • Adhoc reporting
  • Moderate travel is required
Experience

  • Commercial acumen essential
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Sound technical accounting knowledge
  • Dealing with sales personnel to the highest level
  • Good interpersonal skills are essential along with a strong but open mind on what is needed to make Cadence successful.
  • A Finance background is preferred.
