As we continue to expand the Universal Crisis Team (UCT) in Northumberland and North Tyneside, we are delighted to offer exciting opportunities for motivated and committed individuals to work as Community Practitioners within the Working Age Adult Pathway.


We have several substantive posts available that are suitable for Registered Nurses, Social Workers or Occupational Therapists, who must be registered with the NMC or HCPC.


These roles are based at St Georges Park Hospital in Morpeth although cover the localities of Northumberland and North Tyneside, offering the opportunity to work across areas with beautiful countryside and stunning coastlines.

As part of this Team you will be encouraged to grow and develop in your role and to be involved in service development and improvement.
