Building Surveyor - Exeter - Up to £45k + generous benefits package:

  • Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join the Estate Services team of a prestigious local client organisation in the heart of Exeter _

You must hold a relevant degree and have some recent practical experience in building surveying, and/or have worked within a multi-disciplinary team to help deliver projects in Estate Services.

The role will involve a varied workload, including CAD drawing work, project management and contract administration of variably sized refurbishment and alteration projects with values up to £200k.

The Estate Services team are also responsible for dealing with a range of technical matters as well as organising planned maintenance across the estate, with values typically in the range of £25k to £2m.
