Greystone Consulting Group are currently recruiting a Payroll Administrator for a well-established and market leading firm based in Cardiff. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the payroll team.What will you be doing?
- Resolve pay queries enquiries, issues and complaints, escalating as appropriate.
- Complete accurate payroll transactional processing.
- Ensure that statutory deductions are correctly made and accounted for and that all statutory returns, including those for taxable benefits, relating to the employees, are produced and despatched in a timely manner.
- Support the management of the accurate and punctual processing of all payroll.
- Ensure that nonstatutory deductions made on behalf of the employees are accounted for and returns, including payment, are made to the appropriate organisations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a Payroll environment
- CIPP qualified / working towards CIPP / willing to work towards CIPP
- Previous experience of using payroll systems
- Be highly organised and selfmotivated
- Ability to prioritise their own workload
- Have the confidence to communicate at all levels of the organisation
- Must be computer literate and highly numerate
Package:
- Salary of £25,000£27,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
- Hybrid working (3 days office based 2 days remote)
