Job Role


Imperial Personnel are recruiting for a Administrator/Accounts Assistant to join our client within the Construction Industry in Nottingham (NG4) on a full time basis (temp to perm).


Hours and Pay
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

£11.50-£12ph DOE


Responsibilities

  • To assist with the daytoday activities of the accounts department
  • Payroll Admin
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • HR Admin
  • Purchase Ledger
  • KPI Reporting
  • General Admin
  • Adhoc duties if and when required

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role is essential
  • Proficient in IT, specifically Excel
  • Good administrative skills
