  • YOUR ROLEOur Transition and Transformation team based in AshbydelaZouch are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join their team as 4 years Degree apprentice, who will overarch and rotate across the Project Management, Business Process Excellence and Operational Support teams.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Throughout your 4-year degree Placement, you will gain experience in 3 key areas:

  • Project Management, where you'll have the opportunity to support and gain insight into business implementations and critical projects taking place across the UK and Ireland
  • Business Process Excellence which will allow you to look at process improvements, innovation, and digitalization, and understand LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies and how they translate into the business environment
  • Operational Support, who are involved with our operational training, process implementation, and system implementation during various events such as new customer implementations.


You will also support the Transition & Transformation Business Unit Director with day-to-day administration and tasks, such as writing up meeting minutes, following up on actions from team meetings, business communications, and supporting with meeting arrangements where required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-profiled project management role, whilst also gaining their undergraduate qualification.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be extremely driven and motivated to succeed, with a willingness and desire to learn and enhance your knowledge and skills in the above areas.- Due to the nature of the role, you will be working closely with the T&T team as well as the wider CEVA UK and Ireland business, and occasionally at a regional or global level, therefore, you must be an exceptional communicator who has the ability to build and maintain exceptional working relationships and be able to work off their own initiative or collaborate as part of a team.

As there will be a requirement for travel to different sites, successful applicants will need to hold a full driving license with their own car and be comfortable traveling across the UK where and when required.

We would also ideally like someone who has an appetite for working in supply chain, logistics, continuous improvement, or technology.
