Job Purpose

Manage the tax provision, overseeing and motivating a small team.
Work closely with a varied client portfolio, ensuring client expectations and deadlines are being met.
Lead client liaison including regular meetings, building trusted and longlasting relationships.
Support complex tax work, including reviewing computations and providing trusted feedback.
Review efficiencies and recommend new processes to improve workflow.
Confidently network and scope for new business opportunities, as well as identifying new service lines for the existing portfolio.
Review the work of junior team members, providing supportive mentorship.
Work closely with senior team members, providing support as needed.
Set an example to the team as a natural leader.

The Successful Applicant

Qualified, or soon to be, with varied tax experience within practice.
Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
Previous experience building trusted relationships within a client facing role.
Excellent IT skills and knowledge.
Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire those around you.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and sound organisation skills.
