Job Title Customer Service Advisor

Located in Alconbury Hill, Huntingdon

Full-time or part-time hours will be considered

Responsibilities will include:


  • Accurately and efficiently resolving customer queries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Be a customer advocate and always have the customers best interests at heart. Strive to ensure every customer's expectations are exceeded by going above and beyond.
  • Handson problemsolving specific product queries to enable accurate advice and recommendations.

The Person:


  • Previous customer service experience in a fastpaced environment would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C including Math and English.
  • Experience in Support Desk systems such as Freshdesk would be advantageous.
  • An excellent communicator 'customer friendly', both verbally and written and an ability to work on own initiative.
  • High level of both numeracy and literacy.
  • Strong computer literacy, proficient on Microsoft Office programs.
  • Possess strong attention to detail, able to work accurately and quickly.
  • An interest in gardening would be an advantage.
