A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor at a leading national Law Firm in Manchester.

The role:

  • Act on behalf of multiple lender clients to deal with their Real Estate Finance transactions from initial inception through to completion
  • Undertake thorough legal title due diligence, search and mortgage offer checking and client reporting including Freeholds, Leaseholds, Remortgages and Transfer of Equity
  • Play a supportive role to other aspects of work undertaken in the team as a senior associate.
  • Provide a high quality service to all clients to maintain and improve relationships.
  • Ability to draft / approve draft security documentation amended as appropriate to individual clients / referrers
