Our client is an international media broadcast company who are looking for a passionate
Recruitment Coordinator to join their team


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own the recruitment lifecycle from hiring to HR welcome (EMEA wide)
  • Build talent pools and pipelines
  • Maintain uptodate recruitment cycle process guides.
  • Help to coordinate diversity initiatives
  • Create and analyse reports around recruitment to provide insights for continuous improvement of the strategy
  • Prepare references for existing and past employees
  • Organise and attend inductions for all starters

Person Specification:


  • Ability to adapt and manage heavy workload within a busy and evolving environment
  • Understanding the importance of time critical tasks in recruitment
  • Able to build new relationships with external clients
  • Confident at learning new recruitment systems
  • Agility ability to move between recruitment and HR tasks, reprioritising as required

You will be the kind of person who is happy to work autonomously and who has a passion for recruitment.
