Senior Planner
Purpose of the Job:
- Utilize excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to navigate complex planning scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently lead projects, showcasing a broad range of planning experience and a proactive approach to managing diverse challenges.
Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency in handling major commercial or complex projects, including those involving controversy.
- Experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) development is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders and present complex planning details.
- Proactive approach and the ability to independently lead projects, showcasing a breadth of planning experience.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Planning, or related fields.
- Membership in a relevant professional planning institution is desirable.
Salary:
£40.00-£50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
