Job Purpose


To support the Head of Operations with managing the daily office operations and assisting the leadership team with administrative tasks, data collation, reporting and organisational needs.


Job Overview
Providing an accurate and efficient administrative service to the Hinckley site.

You will have excellent communication and time management skills, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, great communication, and a timely provision of reporting.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties and maintaining office procedures
  • Ensuring electronic files for each team are kept updated and stored in correct locations
  • Assist with arranging interviews and keeping recruitment records up to date
  • Assisting with staff onboarding documents, supporting staff inductions, and maintaining office processes as necessary
  • Maintaining a central database of processes for each team including compliance documents and ensuring these are kept up to date / renewed as necessary
  • Assisting with organising meetings, conferences and events for the site
  • Production of training materials and keeping individual records up to date including the training matrix for each team and performance reviews
  • Collate monthly team reports into an Operations Reporting Pack
  • Complaints logging and reporting

What you Bring to the Team

  • Previous experience in a similar role, carrying out administrative tasks for a range of service functions in fast paced environment
  • The ability to work on your own initiative, without supervision, effectively managing your time and completing tasks in order of priority
  • You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent recordkeeping skills and a high attention to detail
  • Proficient with a variety of IT software, including Microsoft Office, and you will have a good command of Excel (further training available)
  • Experience of working with data and producing reports is ideal
  • Analytical skills
  • Be proactive, tenacious and use own initiative exercising sound judgement
  • Reliable with the ability to always maintain full discretion and confidentiality
