The Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our properties and attract new tenants.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our properties and attract new tenants.
• Face to face marketing
• Collaborate with our design team to develop highquality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements materials.
• Distribution of marketing flyers to target clients.
• Create and manage events and promotions to drive traffic to our properties.
• Attend networking events to promote our business.
• Conduct market research to gather insights on target audiences and competition.
• Manage our website and online presence, ensuring that all property listings are uptodate and optimized for search engines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage budgets and ensure that marketing activities are costeffective.
• Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in a marketing, sales or income generating role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative and analytical skills.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
