Sales and Marketing Manager

Salary: 30k-35k DOE

Location:
Manchester City Centre
My client is a fast-growing events business that specialises in creating unique and memorable experiences for their clients.

With 3 venues currently within the heart of Manchester they are passionate about their work and proud to be advocates for the LGBTQ+community.

They are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

This is a full-time position that requires a creative and driven individual who is passionate about events, marketing, and the LGBTQ+ community.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Plan and execute successful events, including coordination of all logistics, vendors, and onsite management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all events are executed to the highest standard
  • Create and manage budgets for events and marketing campaigns

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the events industry
  • Proven track record of successful sales and marketing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
