We are seeking to appoint a Recruitment and Resourcing Co-ordinator to provide a high quality, comprehensive and customer focused recruitment and resourcing service to the EPR Programme, working in conjunction with the EPR and Trust People Partnering Team.


We are looking for someone to co-ordinate efficient and effective recruitment and induction processes and support organisational change across the Programme.

You will have experience within an operational HR role and providing advice to managers on complex and non-complex people management issues.


You will have excellent communication skills at all levels, the ability to work within a team and be flexible to adapt to the needs of the service.

To be successful you will need to have knowledge of HR policies and procedures and an understanding of the principles of change management and contribution of the HR function to transformational change.
