Description

A Client Relationship Manager is required for a successful company with an impressive client-base, based in Oxford. A salary of up to £50,000 is offered, depending on previous experience.

You will maintain working relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders, ensuring commitments and renewals. You will research and analyse data of your clients, and present your feedback and solutions to them.

You will need to have some experience in a client-facing B2B role. Ideally you will have good Excel skills and not be fazed by a spreadsheet.

Ideally you will have a background or qualification in Journalism, English or Creative Writing.

Skills Required:

The Client Relationship Manager will ideally have the following experience:

B2B Account Management experience
Experience in a clientfacing role
Great MS Excel skills
Excellent writtenEnglish and copy skills
You will be educated to a degree level, or equivilant ideally in English, Journalism or Creative Writing
