Therefore, we are investing in a new workforce to lead this change, and we are actively recruiting now for a 2023 start, focused on change management, transforming work practices, and project delivery of goals and objectives.

As an
Electronic Health Record Testing Lead, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of our EHR system.

You will take a user centred approach to Quality Assurance & Testing. You will develop & implement testing approaches to help meet user needs.

You will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, healthcare professionals, and technology experts to ensure Quality Assurance and Testing is embedded by default into the EHR development and delivery approach.

What you'll do:

Define and document the EHR programme strategy for Assurance and Testing across all aspects of EHR Delivery.
Ensure that all deliverables are tested to agreed standards for functional, nonfunctional service quality and systems operational requirements or identified risks.
Provide a QA&T framework that can be consistently applied to assure an agreed level of quality for EHR build prior to production deployment.
Provide guidance on QA effectiveness (techniques and practices) and efficiencies (such as tooling) and ensure appropriate quality gates and checkpoints are in place for HCA deliveries.
Guide the teams involved to assure appropriate governance and controls are employed in achieving the required levels of risk mitigation.
Ensuring risks are addressed as early in the EHR delivery programme as is practicably possible (shift Left up the lifecycle).
Lead in test process improvements and develop and maintain documentation relating to QA processes.

What you'll bring:

35 years' experience operating as a 'Test Lead'.
5+ years' experience in healthcare technology services and support.
5+ years' experience in healthcare systems testing (Healthcare Domain Experience).
Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and testing methodologies Test Analysis, Design and Execution.
Strong knowledge of Integration testing (E2E) and testing methodologies.
Ability to build relationships with, and influence, key stakeholders, programme resources, and external delivery/support partners.
Analytical and Data driven approach to problem solving.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
An understanding of Business and/or IT transformation change.
Have gained a thorough knowledge of the domain of the organisation.
Proficient Knowledge and understanding of requirement and process analysis.
