Role Purpose:
To provide administrative support to the Merchandising Team, running reports and collating data ensuring the data is both on time and accurate.
Main Tasks and responsibilities:
- Update Monday Trade sheets with actuals by running accurate reports.
- Accurately update the WSSI and line cards with actuals using report data
- Run Business Objects reports in preparation for wash up/additional required analysis
- Raise repeats on system (Range Plan) as directed by the Merchandising team and following the order process through to shipment
- Set up and update the Launch trackers, highlighting risks to planned VMG dates
- Input history into sign off pack
- Add product images to Trade sheets
- Allocate initial stock quantities to stores through Nextail as directed by AM
- Action and inform Hosts of markdown within their timeframes to ensure they are loaded into their systems
- Collate and input history into strategy documents
- Collate and pull information on new reactions and top 30's to share with Buyer, Merchandiser and Designer
- Complete Host requests in a timely and effective manner
- Complete product quantity on the online sheet, sending to hosts on a weekly basis
- Manage the Online Sheet, ensuring all details are correct and accurate, including information from Buying
- Check items are live on the websites, highlighting any errors.
Skills, experience and qualifications:
- Competent analytical and numerical skills
- Good working ability with relevant IT systems
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate competently and clearly, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and task management skills
