£30,304 pa + uncapped bonus, OTE £36,364 pa**
Renault Orpingtonseeks a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our dealership's workshop.

The role involves diagnosis and repair of cars and vans to the highest standards whilst maintaining optimal efficiencies and first-time fix.

The hours for this job are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm with 30 min lunch, plus 1-in-4 Saturday mornings on rota, 8:30am to 12:30pm.

In return we offer a basic salary of £30,304 per annum. This comprises £29,400 pa for weekday work + £904 pa for 1-in-4 Saturday mornings paid at time-and-a-half.

We operate a monthly efficiency bonus that is paid on top of this which add circa £4,000-£6,000pa to your earnings.

Overtime beyond the core hours is available: additional Saturday work is paid at time-and-a-half. You can also volunteer for occasional Sunday and Bank Holiday work which paid at double pay.
