As the Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of the school, creating a warm and friendly environment for students, parents/carers, staff, and Trustees.

Your exceptional organizational skills and enthusiasm will be the driving force behind maintaining a smooth and efficient school office. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Board of Trustees, showcasing your versatility and commitment to excellence.

What you'll be doing?

  • Being the welcoming face of school, representing it to parents and visitors with a positive attitude.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to ensure a smooth running of the office support function.
  • Assisting the Board of Trustees with secretarial and administrative tasks.

What experience you'll bring to the team?

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Experience in being front of house to support with reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and issuing visitor information.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in mail sorting, franking, and photocopying.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with parents, staff, and pupils professionally.

What you'll get in return:


  • Working hours are 8 am 4:30 pm during term time (36 weeks of the year) and 9:30 am
  • 3:30 pm during nonterm time (16 weeks of the year)
  • Salary of £21,000£23,000 per annum
