Description

You will work within the administration team of Citizens Advice Torfaen. The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the advice sessions and support the advice team to provide the best possible client journey. The role will involve managing the reception desk, managing correspondence, answering the telephone, managing our diary system, greeting clients and entering information into our systems.

The role is part time, three days a week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - between the hours You will be required to work from our main offices in Pontypool and Cwmbran.

This role cannot be carried out from home, those who are unable to travel to either location need not apply.
