This is not a sandwich or cake production line, it requires a different skill set with an understanding or materials, adhesives and technical machinery.
We are are an equal opportunities employer and this position is not gender specific.

In principle, the role is to work with our modern, production equipment in a variety of departments. These production departments include, thermo-bonding, Ultrasonic and HF welding, cutting, têxtile machines etc. The ideal person will have experience of working with machinery, be practical, organised and proactive.


This is a very interesting and rewarding role with the chance to learn a great deal and become a key person within the company.

As with our whole business, this is a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are essential.


Tasks / responsibilities will include:


  • Hands on manufacturing with materials and machines.
  • Maintaining and setting up machines.
  • Work planning.
  • Follow instruction/procedures and work in a professional, safe, efficient manner.

Skills/Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be able to demonstrate manufacturing skills
  • Interest in manufacturing / bonding techniques.
  • IT skills including Excel
  • Good eye for detail.
  • Organise and prioritise.
  • Communicate to a good standard.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to work independently but also importantly work as part of a team.
  • Good levels of Maths, English
  • Must be reliable, professional and punctual
Hours of work will be from 8:00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 4.00pm on Friday with 30min lunch break


Start date:
TBA, Applicants must be legally entitled to work full time in the UK.
