Description
Duties are based supporting individuals within the day and into the evening Monday 10am - 3pm, Tuesday 3pm pm and Wednesday 4pm - 9pm within both their own home and the community, working on a 1:- 1:3 basis.
To share with other staff in meeting the needs of our service users, providing a high quality of person centered support to adults with a range of disabilities including mild disabilities, complex needs, autistic spectrum, challenging behaviour, hearing and visual impairments, dual diagnosis and profound multiple learning disabilities.
The role includes, ability to provide motivation, reassurance and confidence in one's own abilities and supporting service users to remain as independent as possible.
The role includes ability to provide practical, emotional and social support, teaching valuable new skills, independent living, personal care, managing a tenancy, developing friendships, achieving goals and outcomes.

- Support environment: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
