What You Will Be Doing:
- Training apprentices in the workshop to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours to industry standard.
- Planning and preparing high quality workshop sessions to maximise apprentices' development and progress on their Apprenticeship Standard.
- Completing required assessments, in line with Awarding Body/EPAO Requirements.
- Working closely with Work Based Trainer Assessors to plan and monitor for student progress and achievement.
- Contribute to 12 weekly progress reviews.
What We Are Looking For:
- Substantial current experience, knowledge and understanding of engineering.
- Recognised teaching qualification at Level 3 or above or a willingness to undertake this
- A1 qualification (desirable)
- Successful experience delivering and assessing in a workshop setting (Engineering)
