Description
Utility Aid is the UK's largest energy broker to the charity sector operating from nine locations across the country. We're passionate about helping charities save money - savings that they can put back into their front-line services.


The Role:

Your role will be based out of our Sleaford office responding to customers and energy suppliers.


Tasks will include:

Actioning a range of queries and escalating through to full resolution

Accurate data entry

Answering and following up on phone calls

General administration duties


Requirements for the role:

Previous admin/office experience essential

Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Outlook


A natural multi-tasking ability, with strong organisation skills and the confidence to work towards deadlines whilst maintaining a busy workload.

Excellent attention to detail with an analytical mind

Positive attitude and friendly telephone manner is essential

Ability to work both in a team and independently

Experience within the energy industry would be a bonus, however, is not essential
