Description

We require an experienced Small Works Supervisor to oversee and manage contracts up to the value of £200,000.00 throughout Somerset based out of our Yeovil office.

This is a full-time position. Salary up to £37k depending on experience along with company vehicle.


About the Role:

  • Responsible to the Contracts Manager
  • Close liaison with the client & residents
  • Adhering to and implementing site Health and Safety
  • Writing and checking method statements and risk assessments as required
  • Management of various staff and controlling labour resources
  • Responsibility for ordering and checking materials
  • Attend monthly meetings
  • Must have construction knowledge
  • Must be selfmotivated as well as a motivator
  • SSSTS would be desirable
  • Knowledge of writing risk assessments and method statements
  • SOR knowledge desirable
