    Description

    Main Responsibilities

    This role encompasses various responsibilities, including:

    • Ensuring targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
    • Monitoring staff service levels to maximise store sales.
    • Utilising in-store devices to offer customers the whole product range.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for:

    • Attracting, engaging, and motivating customers into making purchases in-store using the latest visual techniques.
    • Providing assistance with maintaining standards on the sales floor.

    You will also be involved in:

    • Encouraging personal progression throughout your store.
    • Providing assistance with the induction and training of new starters.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will require:

    • Retail Supervisor experience would be advantageous.
    • Excellent Time Management skills.
    • IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
