Painting and Decorating Lecturer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students at Entry 3 and Level 1 City & Guilds qualification levels
  • Develop and update lesson plans and course materials to ensure they are uptodate and relevant to the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to aid in their development
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation
  • Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for students

Requirements:


  • A recognized teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS, etc. or a post 16 teaching qualification)
  • Ideally have a proven experience teaching Painting and Decorating at Entry 3 and Level 1 City & Guilds qualification levels
  • Strong understanding of special educational needs and the ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a classroom and maintain discipline in a supportive manner
