Air Hygiene Engineer

Barnsley

£20,000-£28,000 + Benefits (Depending on Experience)
An exciting opportunity has just opened with one of our amazing clients specialising in air and water compliance.

They are the chosen supplier to work in high security government and NHS buildings and have developed into a market leading company by havingsome of the best industry knowledge around.


Are you an experienced air hygiene engineer based in the North if so this position could be the next step in a rewarding career within the Air Hygiene industry.


Key Tasks & Duties (Air Hygiene Engineer):

  • Inspecting, testing and cleaning of full extract systems.
  • Kitchen canopy and filter cleans as well as grease readings.
  • Fire damper testing and installations.
  • Cutting in access panels to ensure all area's are easily reachable.
  • Ductwork cleaning and disinfections in confined spaces and in accordance with TR19 and COSHH regulations.

Key Experience & Skills (Air Hygiene Engineer):

  • A full UK driving license is essential for the position.
  • You must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
  • You must be trained in confined spaces with any other training being beneficial.
  • You will have excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
