Responsibility

  • Providing physical support which may include helping with feeding and personal care.
  • Providing emotional support for an individual and their families.
  • Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks.
  • Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
  • Working with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all care needs meet the highest possible standards.

Requirements:

-
The right to work in the UK.
-
A minimum of 3 GCSE's, Grades A-C, or equivalent including English and Mathematics/ NVQ level 2.
-
Lives in the London/ Essex area.
-
Previous UK experience in similar role.
-
Practical trainings in safe medication handling and administration, Moving and handling as well as Basic life support.
-
Access to a car/ Able to take public transport during unsociable hour

  • A genuine interest in helping people.
  • Ability To Communicate Effectively Both Orally & In Writing To A Wide Range Of People.
  • Ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Good Time Management Skills.
  • Great problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations.
  • Provide personal care and general support to people assessed as needing a comprehensive and flexible care service.
  • You have brilliant people skills.
  • A high level of patience and emotional resilience.
  • Being empathetic and able to make good, positive relationships with people.
  • A nonjudgemental attitude regardless of a person's needs.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and when dealing with challenging situations.
  • ID passport
  • Right to Work
  • DBS certificate if available (Registered for update service)
  • 2 Proofs of Residence ( containing your address and dated within 3 months)
  • Driving licence if available
  • Educational certificate (at least 3 GCSE)
  • Training certificate
  • 2 References.
