Responsibility
- Providing physical support which may include helping with feeding and personal care.
- Providing emotional support for an individual and their families.
- Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks.
- Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Working with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all care needs meet the highest possible standards.
Requirements:

The right to work in the UK.

A minimum of 3 GCSE's, Grades A-C, or equivalent including English and Mathematics/ NVQ level 2.

Lives in the London/ Essex area.

Previous UK experience in similar role.

Practical trainings in safe medication handling and administration, Moving and handling as well as Basic life support.

Access to a car/ Able to take public transport during unsociable hour
- Care certificate (desirable)
- A genuine interest in helping people.
- Ability To Communicate Effectively Both Orally & In Writing To A Wide Range Of People.
- Ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
- Good listening skills.
- Good Time Management Skills.
- Great problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations.
- Provide personal care and general support to people assessed as needing a comprehensive and flexible care service.
- You have brilliant people skills.
- A high level of patience and emotional resilience.
- Being empathetic and able to make good, positive relationships with people.
- A nonjudgemental attitude regardless of a person's needs.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and when dealing with challenging situations.
- ID passport
- Right to Work
- DBS certificate if available (Registered for update service)
- 2 Proofs of Residence ( containing your address and dated within 3 months)
- Driving licence if available
- Educational certificate (at least 3 GCSE)
- Training certificate
- 2 References.
