Responsibility

Providing physical support which may include helping with feeding and personal care.
Providing emotional support for an individual and their families.
Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks.
Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
Working with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all care needs meet the highest possible standards.

Requirements:

The right to work in the UK.
-
A minimum of 3 GCSE's, Grades A-C, or equivalent including English and Mathematics/ NVQ level 2.
-
Lives in the London/ Essex area.
-
Previous UK experience in similar role.
-
Practical trainings in safe medication handling and administration, Moving and handling as well as Basic life support.

Access to a car/ Able to take public transport during unsociable hour

Care certificate (desirable)
A genuine interest in helping people.
Ability To Communicate Effectively Both Orally & In Writing To A Wide Range Of People.
Ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
Good listening skills.
Good Time Management Skills.
Great problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations.
Provide personal care and general support to people assessed as needing a comprehensive and flexible care service.
You have brilliant people skills.
A high level of patience and emotional resilience.
Being empathetic and able to make good, positive relationships with people.
A nonjudgemental attitude regardless of a person's needs.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and when dealing with challenging situations.

Driving licence if available
Educational certificate (at least 3 GCSE)
Training certificate
