We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team.

As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and contribute creative ideas to enhance our brand presence.


Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our services/products.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing relevant information in a timely and professional manner.

Account Management: Manage client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and overall account growth strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and align services with their expectations.

Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement in services, products, and overall client experience.


Experience:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to client issues.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £25,957.52 per year
