Production Operative; Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire; Up to £27K DOE


A leading manufacturer of a range of specialist additives that are used widely within the coatings, paints and plastics industries is recruiting.

This organisation is today one of the world leaders within it's sector and as they continue to expand they are looking to strengthen their manufacturing team with the appointment of a Production Operatives to work rotating shifts of 6-2 / 2-10.


  • Preparing raw materials for a blending process
  • Setting and operating a range of machinery
  • Maintaining excellent levels of housekeeping/ health and safety
  • Performing quality checks and maintaining accurate batch paperwork
  • Preparation of equipment and machinery for maintenance work and changeover of products; cleaning down / following work instruction schedules to ensure there is no cross contamination
  • Warehouse duties.
