Mechanic with Sales Experience
Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform highquality mechanical repairs and brake fitting services in a timely manner
- Demonstrate strong sales abilities to promote additional services and upsell to customers
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to accurately identify vehicle issues
- Provide detailed explanations and estimates to customers regarding necessary repairs
- Assist customers in making informed decisions by explaining the benefits and features of recommended services
- Execute repairs and services efficiently and effectively to maximize customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mechanic with expertise in brake fitting
- Proven sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
- Valid full driving licence with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work some Saturdays as needed
