Recroot are seeking a Member Caseworker to join the Mayor, Cabinet & Civic Support based with Hackney Council.

This role is starting asap, working 36 hours a week in an ongoing contract.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To provide a high quality service for the Mayor, Cabinet, ward Members and local Members of Parliament in dealing with enquiries from a range of sources

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To organise own work processes to deliver casework responses on time and to agreed quality standards.
To develop and maintain performance management systems to ensure that casework levels are kept at a consistent and acceptable level.
To ensure that all incoming enquiries into the Member Enquiry team are recorded and logged.
To triage incoming Member enquiries to ensure that they are effectively prioritised.
To work with council officers to ensure they investigate and respond to enquiries within the agreed deadlines and to agreed standards.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Salary:
£21.10-£26.86 per hour
