£33,000 - £34,000
Location:
South Central regions predominately based at Heathrow
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:4- 17:00
Scania are looking for a motivated induvial to fulfil the position of Product Experience Specialist.
The main responsibility will be to support regional sales departments delivering vehicles and providing premium quality vehicle handover process and vehiclefamiliarisation.
The role will also support the sales admin team to process orders through to delivery as and when required.Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Quality check vehicles including bodies inconjunction with the sales admin, sales team, and workshop
- Carry out vehicle familiarisation training
- Monitor, analyse and update demonstration performance data to aid sales opportunities
- Promote and support customers and the sales team with alternative fuels, electrification products and the drive to sustainability
- Support sales team and administration as and when needed
- Deliver vehicles when required
- HGV class 1 and CPC holder
- Understanding digitalisation and electrification of vehicles
- Able to deliver training in confident manner to an audience
