If you've got a real people person inside of you, you've got the skills we're looking for. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying customers' needs and solving their dilemmas or problems. You'll be responding to clients' questions and processing orders to create smooth transactions and a positive experience.

Responsible for working as part of a team, you'll be able to work independently, multitasking with ease while keeping customers happy.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Answer customer questions about products, services, and company policies.
• Process transactions through the till
• Merchandising of the shop
• Directing drivers to the correct fuelling point
• Keep the shop clean and hazard free
• Cleaning of toilets and showers (both male and female )

Hours: 2p.m-10p.m Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday.

Own transport is essential as public transport does not operate at the hours required

Applicants must be 18 years old and above due to the working hours.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
£10.52 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
