Pay Rate:
£14.70/hr PAYE

To start ASAP - 12 months assignment

Description


Administration support for overseeing the design and development of the vehicle electrical system at a feature or sub-system level, depending on project need.


You will gather information from design and test teams to manage the quality and the development timing for the electrical parts on the vehicle.


  • General admin duties and support within ePlanning/EE dept.
  • Working closely with Electrical R&D teams, Manufacturing Sites and Project teams to gather feedback in preparation for EE Milestones
  • Arrange meetings with all stakeholders to review EE quality status and actions to close any open issues.
  • Prepare and issue the necessary documentation to the EE teams according to the project schedules
  • Great communicator with experience of coordinating electrical engineering project activities to get buyin from stakeholders.
  • Strong administration skills to control all project documentation
  • Where appropriate, propose and support with knowledge sharing and process improvement activities within the Department.

Qualifications, Skills and Training Requirements

  • Valid driving license
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Experience in general admin role / project management (bias towards technical clerk rather than secretarial)
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to travel within the UK and internationally to suppliers, plants, other global R&D centres etc. on an infrequent basis.
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment with minimum supervision
