Clemence rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in recruiting for a Service Advisor based in Exeter

Main Duties

  • To work as part of a team delivering a first class, professional customer service ensuring that where possible customer enquiries, payments and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.
  • To greet customers in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
  • To take decisions within established procedures for each service request including logging, processing and progress chasing enquiries, adhering to service level agreements and quality standards to maximise customer satisfaction.
  • To maintain electronic and written records of letters and forms received, information given, services requested and complaints made, to ensure accuracy of information and efficiency when dealing with customers.
  • To encourage feedback on services provided and recognise the changing needs of the service, and make recommendations to the Service Manager for service improvement.
  • To participate in the induction and training of new Service Reception Advisors to ensure a high level of up to date knowledge is maintained.
  • To undertake general administrative duties to ensure the smooth flow of work within the Customer Service Reception.
  • The ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
  • Works with others to build positive relationships in order to achieve a common goal.
  • Clearly understands customer's needs and delivers effective solutions to match these needs.
  • Effectively resolves customer issues as required and presents a positive image of the company to the customer.
  • Monitors the quality of own work and plans and organizes time and resources efficiently to
